For hands-on creators, we also offer DIY blanks — unfinished pieces sold unpainted and unassembled so you can add your own artistic touch at home. At Pawsitively Inspired, we don’t believe in mass-produced gifts. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by me — a professional artist and certified dog trainer — blending creativity, craftsmanship, and a deep love for animals into everything I create.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pawsitively Inspired, each item is handcrafted with care. Because of the nature of handmade products, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Handcrafted Items

• Eligible handcrafted items may be returned at the buyer’s expense.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Custom & Personalized Items

• All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Apparel, Mugs & Tumblers

• All apparel, mugs, and tumblers are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged During Shipping

• If your item arrives damaged, please email us photo proof within 5 days of receiving your package.

• Once the damage is verified, we will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Item Received

• If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photo proof within 7 days of delivery.

• After verification, a replacement will be shipped or a return/refund will be issued.

Important Notes

• We cannot process any claims without the required photo documentation.

• Requests submitted outside the stated timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.

Shipping Policy

At Pawsitively Inspired, every item is handmade just for you. Because of this, production and shipping times can vary depending on the type of product and time of year.

Processing & Production Times

• Simple engraved items:
  Typically completed within 3–5 business days, provided all materials are in stock.

• Hand-painted and custom orders:
  These pieces require additional time and are usually completed within 7–14 business days before shipping.

• Peak seasons & holidays:
  Production times may be longer during high-volume periods such as major holidays or special events.

Shipping Methods

• Orders are shipped with insurance via UPS or USPS, whichever service provides the fastest delivery time at the time of shipment.

• Transit time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
